Four Seasons Veterinary Specialists LLC is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee building and grounds maintenance in a 24/7 veterinary hospital. You will manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety, coordinate external vendors, and use a CMMS to track assets and work orders.

Responsibilities include inspections, asset maintenance, safety compliance, and leading remodeling initiatives with internal teams. Flexibility for after-hours work is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in facilities maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety regulations.
• Basic computer skills for maintenance management software and reporting.
• Physical ability to perform routine maintenance tasks, including lifting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building and grounds maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural components.
• Use Fiix CMMS to track ~1,500 assets, manage work orders, generate reports, and schedule preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate external vendors and contractors for specialized services (oxygen, waste removal, landscaping, elevator maintenance, cleaning, safety certifications).
• Conduct regular facility inspections and address maintenance needs proactively.
• Manage repair and maintenance of equipment, distinguishing capital equipment from inventory.
• Ensure safety measures including fire drills, extinguishers, security systems, and outdoor lighting.
• Address ad hoc repair tasks and small projects as they arise.
• Manage keys and access control systems for doors.
• Oversee maintenance of elevator, fire riser room heater, air purifiers, and patio heaters.
• Lead building/remodel initiatives with third-party vendors and internal teams.
