Four Seasons is a healthcare provider seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance of buildings, grounds, and systems across our locations. You will supervise a facilities team and coordinate repairs with staff, volunteers, and external partners to ensure clean, safe, and compliant environments for staff, patients and visitors.

The role emphasizes life safety, preventative maintenance, and adherence to brand standards.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of construction trades including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, life safety equipment, and carpentry.
• Knowledge of life safety standards and safe work environments.
• Ability to apply and share technical and administrative knowledge.
• Knowledge of HIPAA privacy policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facilities, buildings, grounds, and parking lots; manage HVAC, water, and life safety systems.
• Lead maintenance, inspections, and cleanliness; oversee preventative maintenance programs.
• Coordinate repairs with staff, volunteers, and vendors; ensure work meets standards and timelines.
• Be on-call after hours; respond to emergencies and urgent issues.
