Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking a facilities professional to oversee the Rankin Road location's daily operations, including maintenance scheduling, vendor coordination, and site escorting. The role supports planning of maintenance initiatives and tenant improvements, reviews vendor quotes, and manages CMMS data.

The candidate will coordinate third-party providers, report to the US Facilities Manager, and ensure timely service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of four years of experience in facilities management or related operational role.
  • Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, fire protection and facility infrastructure.
  • Ability to read operating instructions, maintenance procedures, drawings and safety requirements.
  • Experience coordinating contracted services, procurement, janitorial, grounds and pest control programs.
  • Proficiency with CMMS platforms, work order tracking and reporting.

  • Support planning, coordination and execution of maintenance initiatives and tenant improvement projects.
  • Review vendor quotes and invoices for accuracy, reasonableness and scope, addressing excessive markups.
  • Administer the department’s internal ticketing system to document, update, prioritize and track requests to completion.
  • Maintain accurate records and data integrity within the CMMS.
  • Coordinate third‑party maintenance providers and service partners to support daily operations.
  • Support the US Facilities Manager with daily activities, issue resolution, service coordination and follow-up actions.

  • Review vendor quotes and invoices for accuracy, reasonableness, and scope alignment, including identifying and addressing excessive markups on materials, equipment, labor, or services.
  • Administer the department’s internal ticketing system to ensure service requests are accurately documented, updated, prioritized, and tracked through completion.
  • Maintain accurate records and data integrity within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Coordinate third-party maintenance providers and service partners to support daily facility operations and service delivery.
  • Support the US Facilities Manager with daily operational activities, including issue resolution, service coordination, and facility-related follow-up actions.
Requirements
  • Minimum of four years of experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or a related operational support function.
  • Working knowledge of core building systems, including HVAC, electrical, fire protection, and other facility infrastructure.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and apply operating instructions, maintenance procedures, technical drawings, blueprints, and safety requirements.
  • Experience coordinating contracted services, procurement activities, janitorial support, grounds maintenance, and pest control programs.
  • Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) platforms, including work order tracking, documentation, and reporting.
