Job summary

CADY is seeking a Facilities Manager to ensure our studios operate at peak performance, supporting our mission to deliver exceptional photography experiences. You will oversee new studio projects, remodels, budgets, and procurement while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety across all 22 locations.

Responsibilities include budget development, vendor coordination, ticket management, and facility maintenance. In-person role Mon–Fri, with travel between studios as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; certifications in facilities or project management preferred.
• Experience in managing facilities budgets and vendor contracts.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead new studio openings and remodels with budget and timeline control.
• Procure furniture, storage and facilities-related items for studios.
• Develop and manage facilities budget and track expenditures.
• Oversee facilities ticketing process and coordinate with contractors.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and organized spaces across all locations.
• Coordinate event setup and studio logistics as needed.
