Job summary

FedEx Freight, Inc in Grand Forks, ND is seeking a senior program manager to lead collaborative efforts that optimize the facilities network, manage lifecycle projects for expansions, yearly budgets and technology enablement programs.

You will drive prioritization of network expansion, fiscal year and tech enablement projects, oversee facility maintenance and repair programs, and ensure on-time delivery to specification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent plus five (5) years related project management or analytical experience in facility administration, construction, design, planning, real estate, or other related field
• Strong knowledge of project management techniques and processes
• Strong presentation skills required to communicate strategies and solutions
• Excellent critical thinking, advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid time management, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience and ability to use Microsoft Office Software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to organize concepts or ideas clearly across all levels
• Ability to work independently and as a team member

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple programs or projects to ensure components and opportunities are identified, assigned, completed, and implemented
• Lead prioritization and alignment of network expansion, fiscal year and technology enablement projects and facility maintenance
• Drive asset optimization and ensure on-time delivery and specification
• Lead vendor performance and accountability for contractual obligations and funding
• Ensure compliance and mitigate risk by managing regulatory and internal requirements
• Develop policies, procedures and job aids and ensure consistent application
• Participate in development of facility capital, long-range outlooks and annual budget
• Comply with laws and company policies/procedures
• Perform other duties as required
