Job summary

Stellantis Financial Services is seeking a Facilities Management Business Strategist to lead strategic planning and optimization of facilities across North America. You will coordinate with manufacturing sites, headquarter teams, and vendors to ensure efficient space use and compliant operations.

The role focuses on budgeting, space allocation, data management, reporting, and safety program implementation, requiring strong analytical skills and excellent communication with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to travel to sites in the US, Canada, and Mexico.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and data management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Experience in facilities planning, budgeting, and vendor management.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand facilities needs and objectives.
• Organize and optimize plans for facility utilization, space allocation, and resources.
• Monitor costs, identify savings, and assist with budgeting for facilities.
• Support vendor coordination for maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
• Maintain facility data, generate routine performance and cost reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
• Liaise between sites, business units, management, and facilities teams.
