Job summary

Stellantis NV is seeking an Operations Manager to lead SIS project development and execution while directing dealer-facing customer service and owning all building, site and facilities maintenance for the PDC. The role drives operational continuity, regulatory compliance, asset reliability, and service stability through disciplined facilities management and daily leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management or related field of study.
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory/managerial experience.
• Ability to work any shift and overtime as required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Continuous improvement, execution, go‑live, and stabilization.
• Dealer‑facing communication and service recovery.
• Daily operational execution and team leadership.
• Warehouse storage efficiency and slotting optimization.
• Manage preventative and corrective maintenance programs.
• Coordinate repairs, inspections, vendors, and capital work.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong understanding of distribution center cost drivers.
• Evaluate service, complexity, facilities, and execution risk tradeoffs.
