Job summary

Stellantis in Auburn Hills, MI is seeking a Facilities Management Business Strategist to help drive efficient and effective facilities operations across North America Manufacturing and at CTC World HQ. You will collaborate with stakeholders to plan, optimize space and resource use while aligning with corporate objectives.

Responsibilities include budgeting oversight, vendor coordination, data management, safety compliance, and clear stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders at CTC and Manufacturing Sites to understand needs related to facilities management.
  • Organize and optimize plans for facility utilization, space allocation, and resource optimization.
  • Assist with budget oversight for facility-related expenses, including maintenance, renovations, and upgrades.
  • Monitor costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and recommend adjustments.
  • Assist with space requirements based on business growth, workforce changes, and operational needs.
  • Track space efficiency, considering factors like team size, functions, and collaboration requirements.
  • Assist with coordination of vendors and contractors for facility maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Work with manufacturing sites for contract management, service quality evaluation, and compliance with standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of facility-related data, including space utilization, equipment inventory, and maintenance schedules.
  • Generate regular reports on facility performance, cost analysis, and resource utilization.
  • Track compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
  • Support implementation of safety protocols and emergency response plans.
  • Act as a liaison between manufacturing sites, business units, management, and facilities teams.
  • Communicate facility-related updates, changes, and initiatives effectively.

Job description

As a Facilities Management Business Strategist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and effective facilities operations within our organization. Your responsibilities will involve strategic planning, coordination, optimization of facilities-related processes, and creating and maintaining communication channels among stakeholders throughout North America Manufacturing as well as at CTC World HQ.

Strategic Planning and Analysis:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at CTC and at Manufacturing Sites to understand their needs and objectives related to facilities management.
