Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field and five years of facilities operations experience.
• Experience managing construction, renovation, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience with CMMS and preventive maintenance practices.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for facilities operations, maintenance and grounds.
• Develop short- and long-term facilities plans aligned with college priorities.
• Oversee budgeting, contracts, and vendor management for facilities services.
• Direct capital projects, renovations, and construction management from planning through completion.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, safety, and emergency preparedness.
• Partner with executive leadership and serve as liaison with the Board of Regents.
