Job summary

Gibault, Inc. seeks a Director of Facilities and Properties to oversee maintenance, construction, and special projects across all its facilities, reporting to the President/CEO.

This role drives operational excellence in a complex educational environment with emphasis on reliability and safety. Responsibilities include budgeting, staff leadership, scheduling, vendor management, compliance, and continuous improvement programs to ensure facilities operate smoothly and safely for students and staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or preferred.
• 1 year of related field experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Background checks will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, construction and special projects across all facilities.
• Lead staff by setting expectations, coaching, and evaluating performance.
• Develop and manage annual budgets for buildings and grounds.
• Coordinate with site directors and executive leadership on priorities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety across all facilities.
