Job summary

ASRC Federal Systems Solutions LLC, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, seeks a Facility Specialist to support the ASTROS Contract. The role serves as the primary contact for area facilities, performing preventive maintenance and coordinating work with Civil Engineering, Site Operations Control Center, HAZMART, Records Storage, and Munitions.

Experience with construction basics, blueprint reading, and vendor coordination is valued.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Capable of coordinating multiple teams and vendors.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility and surrounding areas; perform daily inspections for maintenance or safety risks.
• Central point of contact for facility occupants; coordinate scheduled maintenance and outages.
• Coordinate work across Civil Engineering, Site Operations Control Center, and other groups.
