Job summary

LifeStream seeks a Facilities Specialist Lead to supervise the facilities team and ensure life safety, engineering, and maintenance standards across all centers. You will manage duty assignments, diagnose basic repairs, and maintain documentation while coordinating with program managers to avoid disruption to client activities.

The role requires a strong background in maintenance, leadership, and building systems knowledge, with healthcare environment experience viewed as a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Trade school training preferred.
• 8+ years in maintenance with broad knowledge of building systems.
• Journeyman level in HVAC, mechanical, fabrication or plumbing, or related outsourcing.
• Healthcare/behavioral health setting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise facilities team in daily operations and maintenance.
• Maintain the physical plant, grounds, and equipment for life safety and engineering needs.
• Collaborate with program managers and staff to avoid interruptions to client activities.
• Diagnose and perform basic repairs in a timely manner.
