Job summary

Boston Analytical is seeking a Facilities Specialist I to uphold a clean, safe, and organized workspace. You will support daily facility operations, perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and basic repairs, and respond to service requests with precision and care.

The ideal candidate has 0–3 years of relevant experience, a high school diploma or GED, and is capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working on ladders up to 12 feet. A valid driver's license and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders up to 12 ft.
• Able to stand and move around for long periods.
• Experience with cGMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean lab benches across the company.
• Dust light fixtures and ceiling vents.
• Sweep work and production areas.
• Wipe down tops of refrigerators and chambers.
• Escort food and drink vendors.
• Escort service contractors.
• Help keep the café clean and stocked.
• Assist with general building maintenance and repairs.
• Drive and service company vehicles for maintenance tasks.
• Report to the Associate Director of Metrology.
• Follow all safety and cleanliness rules.
• Follow cGMP guidelines.
