Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates oversees and/or manages repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors performing building maintenance, landscaping, and janitorial work. Seeks concurrence from senior facility operations specialists to ensure services rendered are within the O&M policy.
• Responsible for work order submissions have been processed and ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner. Verify monthly metrics meet O&M parameters; proficient in using facility integration tool for submitting service requests; obtain monthly metrics for executive reporting on service order completion rates.
• Responsible for facility inspections, including quality assurance on preventive maintenance inspections, and reports; report anomalies to Supervisory Facility Operations Specialists.
• Coordinates and manages moves, additions and change activities; work with Space Management to ensure employees have designated seating; understand the process with senior facility operations specialists.
• Responsible to obtain proposals from vendors for procurement of parts, service, and labor for projects; ensure invoices are accurate and paid on time; work with senior facility operations specialists to understand the process.
