Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates oversees and/or manages repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors performing building maintenance, landscaping, and janitorial work.
• Ensure work orders are completed in a timely manner and checked monthly to verify metrics meet O&M parameters; use facility integration tool for submitting service requests.
• Obtain monthly metrics from the program for executive reporting on service order completion rates.
• Conduct facility inspections, including quality assurance on preventive maintenance inspections, and report anomalies to supervisors.
• Coordinate and manage moves, additions and change activities; work with Space Management for seating assignments.
• Obtain proposals from vendors for parts, service, and labor; ensure invoices are accurate and paid on time.
• Other duties as assigned

Responsibilities

• Coordinates oversees and/or manages repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors performing building maintenance, landscaping, and janitorial work. Will seek concurrence from senior facility operations specialists to ensure services rendered are within the O&M policy.
• Responsible work order submissions have been processed and ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner. Ensure work orders are checked monthly to verify the metrics meet our O&M parameters. Become proficient utilizing the facility integration tool for submitting service requests. Obtain monthly metrics from the program for executive reporting on service order completion rates.
• Responsible for facility inspections, to include quality assurance on preventive maintenance inspections, and reports. Report any anomalies to the Supervisory Facility Operations Specialists.
• Coordinates and manages moves, additions and change activities. Works closely with Space Management to ensure employees have designated seating. Work with senior facility operations specialists and understand the process of Space Management.
• Responsible to obtain proposals from vendors for the procurement of parts, service, and labor for projects. Once services are completed ensure invoices are accurate and paid on time. Work with senior facility operations specialists to understand the process.
• Other duties as assigned
