The Facilities Specialist oversees Facilities Operations and Courier Support within an assigned region. Responsibilities include performing minor building maintenance, coordinating routine maintenance, responding to emergencies, and ensuring facilities comply with legal standards such as ADA and OSHA. The role also involves recommending repairs, remodeling, and construction needs, and may require assisting with mail, courier, and equipment deliveries.
This position requires flexibility to work extended hours and periodic travel, including weekends and evenings.
