Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; preferred experience in business operations and contracts.
• Experience in contract management, facility leasing and facility management preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute administrative support services for all agency programs in the state office geographic area.
• Manage facility leasing, space planning, and office moves.
• Oversee service contracts, vendor management and monitoring of requests.
• Analyze space use and advise on relocations and new leases.
• Supervise other support staff in Business Services.
