Job summary

Hensel Phelps is seeking a Solutions Manager to lead technical solutions for facility management and to supervise a high‑performing process staff. The role requires strong collaboration with engineers and designers, with a focus on delivering accurate documentation and optimal processes across projects.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) and 6+ years in professional services or construction, plus proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Cloud, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Facilities Management, Mechanical, Electrical or MEP Construction Management.
• Minimum 6+ years in professional services, construction, maintenance, and operations contracts.
• Strong written communications, detail-oriented, and able to work in a high-performance team.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical solutions for facility management and support documentation.
• Lead and coordinate the process staff, acting as a team leader.
• Work with design/engineering firms to determine processes and read plans/specifications.
• Review project plans and schedules across the region and ensure quality deliverables.
• Utilize software to improve production, quality, and accuracy.
