Job summary

Hensel Phelps is seeking a Facility Solutions Associate I to implement and oversee facility management processes, review drawings and manuals, and assist with training and asset tagging. You will help ensure asset readiness and compliance across projects.

The role involves coordinating CMMS workflows, maintaining MEL, schedules, and training materials, with emphasis on accuracy and collaboration with trade partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field including engineering or construction.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to read and interpret project design documents and submittals.
• Familiarity with CMMS/workflow coordination is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Participate in pre-design and planning of commissioning; develop MEL.
• Maintain and monitor commissioning and construction schedules.
• Manage asset QR tagging and cataloging.
• Coordinate field observations and daily logs.
• Verify complex systems meet contract requirements and project parameters.
• Assist in developing training materials and videography.
• Support project administration and coordination with trade partners.
• Operate CMMS workflow coordination, data entry and reporting.
• Coordinate warranty management between parties.
• Create and monitor the Operations and Maintenance Manuals (FOM).
