Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. seeks a Facilities Coordinator in Mobile, AL to manage third-party soft services providers (janitorial, catering, pest control) and coordinate maintenance activities with internal stakeholders.

You will ensure service delivery meets quality, cost, and schedule targets while driving customer satisfaction. The role requires 3+ years of subcontractor management experience in a production environment, high school diploma or GED, and strong coordination and invoicing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years subcontractor management experience required.
• 3+ years managing and reporting subcontractor activities in a production environment.
• Knowledge of industry trends, best practices and technology.
• Coordinating work flow initiatives for soft service providers (janitorial, food service, landscaping, pest control, tenant improvements).
• Analytical and quantitative skills with ability to develop strategic solutions.
• Customer service and invoice processing is critical.
• Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage services and projects such as cleaning, catering, people transport in cooperation with internal and external partners.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and needs are met by using available resources efficiently.
• Manage and improve services and suppliers to ensure timely delivery, quality and cost.
• Develop and track corrective action plans regarding service delivery.
• Coordinate upkeep of interior space and related facilities activities.
