Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Coordinator, Soft Services in Mobile, AL. You will manage third-party providers for soft services, coordinate subcontracted maintenance activities, and ensure efficient service delivery across janitorial, catering, and related areas.

You will work in the Airbus U.S. Manufacturing Facility, contributing to facilities operations, vendor management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years subcontractor management experience.
• 3+ years managing and reporting subcontractor activities in a production environment.
• Knowledge of industry trends, best practices and technology.
• Coordinating work with soft service providers (janitorial, catering, landscaping, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Manage services and projects such as cleaning, catering, and transportation with internal and external partners.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and optimal use of resources.
• Manage and improve services and suppliers for timely delivery, quality, and cost.
• Coordinate and facilitate monthly and quarterly business reviews within contract guidelines.
• Review, approve and process invoicing for related activities.
