Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director Site Services to lead, optimize, and scale the Mobile, Alabama manufacturing site’s physical infrastructure and support operations.

You will oversee building systems, maintenance, tool management, and major infrastructure projects while ensuring safety, compliance, and high readiness of the Final Assembly Line. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
• 15 years of experience in operations, site leadership, facilities management or site services management within a heavy manufacturing, automotive, or aerospace environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day facility responsibilities for the Final Assembly Line and site operations across the Mobile site.
• Manage building systems, security, fire protection, and site infrastructure.
• Oversee industrial maintenance, contracts management, and tool management.
• Lead capital projects and drive continuous improvement across shared services.
• Coordinate with external vendors, utilities, and government relations as needed.
• Manage budget accountability and compliance with safety and environmental standards.
