PENN Entertainment is hiring for an EVS Attendant to support our casino facilities in Lake Charles. You will oversee one or more EVS work crews, train staff, schedule shifts, and ensure cleanliness standards across the property.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum one year of EVS experience required.
• Strong problem-solving, mediation, coaching, and consulting skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must have basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism; proactive and strategic.
• Able to work collaboratively with team members at all levels.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee one or more EVS work crews as assigned.
• Assist in training and scheduling employees; review station assignments.
• Assist in evaluation of employee performance reviews.
• Perform EVS Attendant duties as required.
• Maintain key control.
• Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and managers.
• Inspect lobbies, restrooms, offices, meeting rooms, and outlets; submit inspections.
• Conduct department walkthroughs and support cleanliness standards.
• Demonstrate proper use of cleaning solutions and equipment; train others.
• Attend shift and departmental meetings; adhere to policies and procedures.
