Job summary

The Sisters of the Humility of Mary are seeking a full-time Facilities Services Manager to oversee the daily maintenance operations on campus. You will supervise staff, coordinate electrical, plumbing, and HVAC projects, and liaise with contractors to ensure safety and reliability.

Ideal candidates bring at least five years in supervision, strong communication, and the ability to lead a mission-driven team within a nonprofit environment. On-site work and on-call responsibilities are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in a supervisory position.
• Post-secondary certificates, high school diploma or GED, or knowledge of steam and chilled water systems preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and decisiveness for leading a facility services team.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and schedules daily maintenance assignments to ensure productivity and quality.
• Oversees electro-mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC projects and operations.
• Acts as the point of contact for on-campus contractors and safety compliance.
• Trains personnel for safe, effective job performance and onboarding.
