Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more warehouse experience preferred.
• Equipment certification may be required depending on location.
• Ability to recognize and read location, date and product codes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Flexibility to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions.

Responsibilities

• Clean restrooms, break room, locker room, and office areas per sanitation schedule.
• Clean exterior areas of the building, including windows, walkways, and trash receptacles per sanitation schedule.
• Sweep and scrub the warehouse floors and office areas per sanitation schedule.
• Wipe down racks, guard rails, and walls in warehouse and office areas per sanitation schedule.
• Additional duties as assigned, overtime as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and tour ready facility.
• Assist Maintenance Technicians with light maintenance tasks such as painting.

Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay $16.75 per hour
• Overtime Pay $25.12 per hour
• Schedule: First Shift Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, plus one Saturday per month

Ryder Warehouse Associates work in clean, organized, and well-run facilities to provide the safest supply chain environment

• Products Being Handled: Cleaning supplies and cleaning tools, trash cans & liners
• Equipment: scrubbers, mops, brooms, dusting cloths, spray cleaners, disinfectants

Requirements
