Qualifications

2+ years of experience managing services and support.
Experience monitoring the quality of services provided by other contracts and providing feedback to the client.
Ability to work in a dynamic office environment and collaborate within a team.
Ability to prepare government staff and contractors for travel and provide end-to-end coordination of all official travel arrangements.
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

Manage food services, parking, special events, travel coordination, security monitors, custodial services, and miscellaneous projects.
Provide customer support on facilities-related issues and troubleshoot client problems.
Coordinate facilities-related support for special events and conferencing needs.
Schedule and arrange delivery of special equipment, cleaning, and security monitors.
Provide project management support for special projects including external facility support and other services.
Assist with logistics, receiving, validating, and filing invoices.
