Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Facilities Services Manager to help oversee food services, parking, events, travel arrangements, security monitoring, and custodial services for our client. You will coordinate facilities-related support for special events and conferencing, and provide project management and logistics assistance for various service projects.

Applicants must have 2+ years of experience, be able to work in a dynamic team, and hold a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph along with a HS

Qualifications

2+ years of experience managing services and support.
Experience monitoring service quality and providing client feedback.
Ability to work in a dynamic office environment and collaborate in a team.
Ability to prepare government staff and contractors for travel and coordinate official travel arrangements.
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

Assist with management of food services, parking, events, travel coordination, security monitors, custodial services, and related projects.
Provide customer support for facilities-related issues and troubleshoot problems.
Coordinate facilities support for special events and conferencing.
Schedule and arrange for delivery of equipment and special cleaning.
Provide project management support for special projects and external facility support.
Assist with logistics, receiving, validating, and filing invoices.
