Qualifications

• Five years of experience in facilities equipment operation and maintenance services.
• Two years of experience supervising staff associated with facility operations in a data center environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring programs for operations and maintenance of equipment follow standards.
• Coordinates large equipment maintenance activities at two sites.
• Provides contract direction to in-house supervisors and subcontractors.
• Perform critical decision making to keep data center operations running 24/7.
• Monitors customer relationships to proactively resolve problems.
