Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Customer Service Representative dedicated to cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas, delivering reliable service to our customers and coworkers.

You will perform janitorial duties, operate cleaning equipment, and maintain a neat, safe work environment; communicate professionally with staff and customers, and support the shift lead on punch-list items. Shift: Monday–Friday, 10:00am–6:00pm, pay $15.50–$16.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3-6 months training or experience preferred.
• May require a valid driver's license and completion of safety and task training.
• Bilingual a plus; strong reading and writing communication; knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Follow safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain clean work area.
• Work as part of a team and respond to supervision.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct.
• Interact with customers and coworkers professionally.
• Fill in during staff shortage.
• Support shift lead with punch-list items.
