Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas, and to work in a team to meet daily schedules.

This role requires the ability to operate cleaning equipment, follow safety rules, and communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers. Shifts are Mon-Fri 7:00am–3:30pm with hourly pay between $19.85 and $20.85.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3-6 months training or experience preferred.
• A valid driver's license may be required for this position based on business needs. Employees required to drive as part of their job duties must maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and meet company driving eligibility requirements.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Bilingual a plus; Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willing to share with team.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Perform work assignments in a team with other employees.
• Perform repetitive tasks.
• Maintain clean work area.
• Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules.
• Take direction and respond to supervision.
• Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner.
• Fill in during staff shortage.
• Support shift lead in completing punch-list items.
• Use proper personal protective equipment.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct.
• Understand customer service and satisfaction.
• Understand reporting systems, and of the environment.
