Job summary

CommunityCare, Inc. seeks a Facilities Security Coordinator in Tulsa, OK to maintain a safe, secure environment for employees and guests. You will be a visible security presence, assist visitors, monitor facilities, and coordinate security with the Manager of the Member & Resource Center.

Key duties include monitoring the lobby and cameras, responding to emergencies, conducting security rounds, managing access control and after-hours contacts, and assisting with events and mail distribution.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency.
• Minimum five years of security experience.
• CLEET certification required or preferred.
• CPR/First Aid training is a plus.
• English fluency in speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure the security and safety of all employees and visitors while at CommunityCare.
• Monitor reception area, assist guests with check-in/check-out, respond to inquiries, and provide directions and general information.
• Maintain reception and lobby areas in a professional, organized, and welcoming manner.
• Monitor security cameras, alarms, and access control systems and report unusual or suspicious activity.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies, disturbances, and security events, contact emergency services when necessary.
• Conduct routine security rounds and inspect entrances, exits, common areas and parking lots for safety and security concerns.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for after-hours emergencies.
• Assist with the setup, configuration, and breakdown of rooms and facilities for programs, meetings, rentals, and special events, including arranging furniture, equipment, and supplies according to event specifications and returning spaces to their standard configuration upon completion.
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Perform other job-related duties as required or assigned.
