Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in property upkeep preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record required.
• Commitment to safety, cleanliness and compliance with Agency policies.

Responsibilities

• Performs a range of housekeeping duties to maintain a clean interior and exterior environment across assigned properties.
• Report hazardous or unsafe conditions to Facilities Manager for immediate resolution.
• Maintains daily cleaning of assigned properties and ensures availability of clean linens.
