Job summary

Flexjet is seeking an Environmental Services Coordinator for our state-of-the-art facility in Cleveland, Ohio. This role works directly with the Vice President of Facilities to create a sanitary, safe environment that enhances the appearance of the facility.

The candidate should demonstrate a strong work ethic and fanatical attention to detail. Responsibilities include cleaning restrooms, break areas, conference and training rooms, offices and common areas; dusting, disinfecting, trash removal

Qualifications

• Legal ability to work in the United States.
• HS Diploma or GED with minimum 1 year of commercial cleaning experience.
• 1–3 months on-the-job training to learn policies and cleaning techniques.
• Requires physical ability to lift, bend, stoop, crouch, reach.
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean restrooms, break areas, conference and training rooms, private offices, cubicle areas, waiting areas and other assigned areas.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, disinfect bathrooms and break rooms, empty trash, interior window cleaning, etc.
• Replenish paper items and other supplies in restrooms and break areas as necessary.
• Clean and maintain public office areas.
• Vacuums offices and common areas; mops floors.
• Promptly clean up floor spills or wet spots.
• Follow all safety requirements and use PPE as required.
• Regular attendance including night/weekend hours when needed.
• Perform other responsibilities and tasks as assigned.
