Job summary

Flexjet LLC in Cleveland, Ohio is seeking an Environmental Services Coordinator to join the Facilities Building Maintenance team. You will help create a sanitary, safe environment that enhances the appearance of our state-of-the-art facility, working directly with the Vice President of Facilities.

The role demands a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cleaning tasks, including restrooms, offices, break rooms, and common areas.

Qualifications

• Must have legal ability to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED with at least 1 year of related cleaning experience.
• 1–3 months on-the-job training to learn policies and cleaning techniques.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to communicate with executives.

Responsibilities

• Cleans restrooms, break areas, conference rooms, offices, and common spaces.
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, trash disposal, and window cleaning.
• Restock paper supplies and cleaning products in restrooms and break areas.
• Clean and maintain public areas of office space.
• Move objects and respond to spills; work hours may include nights/weekends.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE as required.
• Attend work regularly and on time; perform other duties as assigned.
