Avenues Recovery Center is seeking a facilities maintenance worker to help inspect and maintain our rehab center properties across locations. You will perform repairs, carpentry tasks, and general renovations to ensure clean, safe environments for clients and staff.

You will handle technical issues, assist with renovations, and perform routine custodial duties as part of a team committed to quality care and safety in a demanding healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• One-year sobriety if in recovery.
• Innovative, strong worker with ability to problem solve and multitask.
• General knowledge of carpentry and repair.

Responsabilités

• Regularly inspect facility, equipment and property for defects.
• Assist with any building renovations/ repairs, interior and exterior (paint touch-ups, general plumbing issues).
• Assist with any technical difficulties (video calls, internet service, equipment maintenance).
• Perform outside custodial duties (gardening, snow removal).
• Complete daily, weekly and monthly checklists to ensure proper building and equipment maintenance.
