Job summary

Volvo Construction Equipment in Corona, CA is seeking a Maintenance Associate to support all branch departments with facility upkeep and maintenance. The role emphasizes a Safety First, Customer Focused, and Continuous Improvement culture.

You will perform building maintenance, repairs, landscaping, and special projects, following a daily checklist. You must work around heavy equipment, use PPE, and deliver high-quality service while assisting service technicians as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• A valid California driver’s license is required.
• Prior experience in maintenance or construction is favorable.

Responsibilities

• Perform building maintenance, repairs, landscaping, and special projects.
• Follow a daily maintenance checklist and complete items daily/weekly.
• Demonstrate safe use of tools and equipment and wear PPE as required.
• Work around heavy construction equipment, including climbing and accessing areas.
• Provide high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
• Assist service technicians as needed and support equipment servicing.
