Job summary

LGES-Honda Joint Venture, L-H Battery Company in Ohio is seeking a Facilities Production Support Part Lead to head the PSS operations on assigned shifts. You will mentor the PSS team, manage workload, training, project execution, environmental compliance, and budgets for SRP, CESS, HOB, and related equipment.

You will drive CMMS and preventive maintenance, track KPIs, and ensure safety and environmental permit compliance while coordinating contracted services and maintaining SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead equipment operations, maintenance, and repairs by technicians and contracted operators.
• Oversee PSS staffing and daily tasks during assigned shifts.
• Ensure safe operation of SRP, CESS, HOB, and environmental equipment.
• Lead CMMS development, preventive maintenance schedules, KPI reporting.
• Develop, update, and maintain SOPs; manage budgets and spend.
• Coordinate contracted services and waste disposal as required.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and delivery targets.
