Job summary

LGES-Honda Joint Venture's L-H Battery Company in Ohio seeks a Facilities Production Support Part Lead to oversee daily PSS operations, mentor technicians and contractors, and drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will manage SRP, CESS, HOB, and environmental equipment, lead CMMS development and KPI reporting, and coordinate budgets, SOPs, and contractor services while ensuring compliance with permits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading technical crews and contracted services.
• Experience with CMMS (Maximo) and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage PSS operations and staff on assigned shifts.
• Ensure safe operation of SRP, CESS, HOB, and environmental equipment.
• Develop CMMS schedules, KPI reporting, and SOPs for PSS.
• Coordinate budgets, maintenance, and contracted services for projects.
• Prepare presentations for leadership on PSS status.
