Job summary

Target Hospitality in the United States is seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to lead daily site activities, ensure safety culture, and manage financial planning, forecasting and reporting.

You will develop policies, oversee staff, coordinate with head office, and drive world-class service while complying with OSHA and employment laws.

This role requires 5+ years of management experience, strong communication, and willingness to travel on long rotations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience.
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and urine analysis.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel/work long rotations away from home.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety culture following SOPs, JSA's and policies.
• Provide leadership in financial planning, stewardship, analysis and forecasting.
• Assist in developing and implementing daily operating policies and procedures.
• Ensure paperwork is completed accurately and submitted to head office on time.
• Submit manager reports including commissary paperwork, purchasing, receiving and inventory.
