Job summary

Target Hospitality seeks an Accommodation Manager to lead a remote workforce housing lodge in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee the on-site management team, ensure safety compliance, manage safety SOPs, and drive financial stewardship while coordinating with head office on reporting and policy implementation.

You will develop operations policies, optimize asset usage, and deliver outstanding guest experiences as part of a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken).
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel and work long rotations away from home.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the on-site management team and foster a safety culture in line with SOPs, JSAs and policies.
• Oversee financial planning, stewardship, analysis, and forecasting for the facility.
• Develop and implement daily operations policies and procedures.
• Manage assets and workforce utilization through direct reports and internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, employment laws, and relevant regulations across jurisdictions.
• Provide world-class customer service by aligning operations with guest needs.
• Submit manager reports, commissary paperwork, purchasing, receiving, and inventory daily.
