Formación

• 4+ years in a supervisory role in a building maintenance environment.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical repairs, drywall, and painting.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ and individuals with mental health issues.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure facilities are maintained according to standards.
• Supervise internal and external work processes.
• Coordinate all building repairs and inspections.
• Provide professional development for Maintenance Supervisors.
• Conduct weekly inspections of facility grounds.

Building maintenance experience

Knowledge of building systems

Microsoft Office Suite

Communication skills

Multi-tasking in time-sensitive environment

Understanding plans/blueprints

Ability to interface with contractors

Ability to lift/move 50 pounds

Educación

High School Diploma or GED

College Degree preferred
