Job summary

nVent is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient facility. You will conduct inspections, support safety compliance, and assist with preventive maintenance and project work in an on-site role.

The position requires familiarity with safety systems, Excel, and Microsoft 365; manufacturing or industrial experience is preferred. The role involves physical activity and climate-controlled environment considerations.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, facilities, safety, or industrial environments preferred.
• Experience conducting facility, safety, or workplace inspections preferred.
• Knowledge of fire safety and life safety programs preferred.
• Familiarity with safety compliance requirements and corrective action tracking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of the facility and production areas to identify safety concerns and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor building conditions and assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient workplace.
• Follow up on corrective actions and support compliance activities.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and basic repairs and related project work.
• Support fire safety and life safety programs across the facility.
• Maintain safety records and documentation; assist with safety training initiatives.
