Engtal in Austin, TX seeks a Facilities & Safety Manager to lead operations for offices, labs, and cleanrooms, including critical utilities and building systems. You will drive safety, environmental programs, contractor management, and capital projects to support manufacturing, engineering, and research activities.

You will develop preventive maintenance procedures, maintain equipment records, and coordinate emergency response, hazardous waste handling, and regulatory reporting.

Formación

• 5+ years of facilities operations or related experience.
• Experience in facilities engineering, maintenance management, or EHS.
• Experience managing contractors and safety/environmental programs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead facilities operations for offices, labs, and cleanrooms.
• Oversee safety, environmental programs, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency response.
• Manage capital projects, budgets, and contractor performance.
• Ensure facility documentation, records, and reporting are up to date.
• Oversee building systems, utilities, and site services.
• Provide leadership to Facilities Technicians and coordinating teams.
