Job summary

Orchard Post AcuteVIEW in is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to plan, organize, and direct the overall operation of the Maintenance Department in accordance with applicable standards. You will supervise safety programs, coordinate with other departments, and ensure a safe, well‑maintained facility.

The role requires strong leadership, blueprint literacy, and knowledge of boilers and electrical/plumbing systems. You will work with vendors and manage maintenance budgets to support resident care.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a high school education or its equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a supervisory capacity in a maintenance/plant‑related position.
• Must be knowledgeable of boilers, compressors, generators, etc., as well as various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Must have the ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Must be knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop, and direct the Maintenance Department.
• Coordinate maintenance services with other departments.
• Maintain maintenance policies and procedures.
• Supervise safety and fire protection programs.
• Maintain equipment and facilities to ensure a safe environment.
