The Renaissance Pointe YMCA in Fort Wayne, IN is hiring full-time Maintenance Staff to keep our facilities clean, safe, and welcoming. You’ll oversee daily maintenance of building, equipment, and grounds, and contribute to the well-being of our community.

We offer a free membership for you and your household, a retirement plan, and opportunities for training and advancement. Previous maintenance experience and ability to read SDS are preferred.

Formación

• Must be 21+ years old and have a high school diploma.
• 3+ years of facility maintenance experience.
• Ability to read and follow Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and product labels.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily maintenance of facility, equipment, and grounds.
• Develop preventative maintenance schedules and improvement plans.
• Maintain records, inventory and supplies for smooth facility operations.
• Ensure safety procedures and program standards are followed and issues are reported.
