Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD), a founder-owned organization with a nationwide network, seeks a Facilities Coordinator to support daily maintenance of centers and vendor coordination. Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of facilities, maintenance, or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Represent CARD professionally to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Adhere to confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines.
  • Assist in upkeep, maintenance, and repair of centers and equipment.
  • Source vendors for maintenance and services.
  • Coordinate with team and vendors to complete tasks on time.
  • Maintain maintenance schedules and track center equipment.
  • Ensure facilities meet workplace standards and safety regulations.
  • Manage invoices and expenses with Finance and Accounts Payable.
