A strong background in civil or mechanical engineering, facilities management, and at least two years of supervision or team leadership is required.

This position supports MDT's mission with emphasis on safety, efficiency, and contractor coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil/mechanical eng, construction tech, business management, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in facilities management, project management, building systems, or related field.
• 2 years of supervision or team lead experience.
• Alternative combinations: 8 years related experience and 1 year of supervision.
