Job summary

The State of South Dakota's Department of Labor and Regulation, Administrative Services Division, seeks an Operational Resources Specialist in Pierre, SD to manage property operations across facilities, coordinate purchases, and support efficient use of resources.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage property operations for DLR facilities, including operations, contracts, and vendor relations.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and relocation of staff and assets across offices.
• Lead facility-related projects with timelines, vendor coordination, and issue resolution.
• Develop and enforce operational policies affecting multiple divisions and state standards.
• Oversee purchasing, inventory management, asset verification, and technology lifecycle processes.
