Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and support facility infrastructure (plumbing, roofing, doors, building systems).
• Repair, install, and maintain facility equipment and utility systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and document activities in CMMS.
• Troubleshoot equipment to maximize uptime and reliability; conduct RCA/BDA analyses.
