Job summary

Texas Instruments Incorporated in Lehi, Utah seeks a Facilities Operations & Maintenance Manager to own the reliability and performance of fab facility systems, developing a proactive maintenance culture and ensuring world-class safety.

You will lead technicians and operators, drive uptime by preventive/predictive maintenance, manage budgets and vendor contracts, and pilot new technologies to modernize maintenance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Uptime Optimization: Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset lifespan.
• System Integrity: Oversee fab facilities systems (including chemical/gas HPM) and SCADA monitoring to ensure continuous, stable operations.
• Rapid Resolution: Direct troubleshooting efforts and partner with engineering teams to resolve complex equipment failures.
• Team Excellence: Direct, train, and develop maintenance technicians and operators; align team performance with organizational goals.
• Fiscal Control: Manage maintenance budgets and vendor contracts to meet cost-leadership targets.
• Process Innovation: Drive initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Tech Integration: Pilot and implement emerging technologies to modernize maintenance workflows.
• Performance Intelligence: Utilize equipment and downtime data to provide actionable insights and strategic reporting to leadership.
